I finished recording this record this past spring for Sports: The Band. It’s pretty great. We tracked most of it at 6 Nassau, then did all the overdubs, and mixing at my place. I really like this record. Click the image. It’s practically free to buy (I think it’s pay what you want)
I won my first award for my score in season 3 of Durham County. Neat!

I'd never head of em till now. Whateves.
It’s been a pretty busy, and great summer. I’ve been writing a pile of music for a home renovation reality show that’s now going into post production. It’s been really fun. I’ve really been steering away from the standard “Reno-Rock” found on those shows. This show’s going to have a much more remixed fun flavor that I think will make it stand totally cool!
I’ve also been composing a bunch more orchestral cues for another upcoming iPad app. I can’t say too much about it, but I think it’s going to be pretty big. Lots of action, lots of romance, and a LOT of gore.
Sound Battle Royale is coming up in a month, and I’ve got to defend my crown, so as soon as all this dies down, it’s time to start training on the MPC, and hopefully take the title again this year!
During some down time, I thought it would be pretty fun to work on a full on electro record. It’s been brewing in my head for a while, so I figured, I’d start a blog to record it, titled “10 Days of Techno” The idea is that for 10 days straight, I’d work on a different track every day. I knew realistically I wouldn’t finish a track a day, but it I’d get the bulk of the main idea done. Then at the end, I’d have 10 tracks to work on. Read it here. Ten Days of Techno
Hey! So this is where I’ll be posting all the fun stuff that doesn’t fit into the rest of the site.
Here’s a video from Sound Battle Royale taken after I’d won round 3. SBR is an awesome live hip-hop production beat battle. Sort of like a DJ battle, but with samplers and laptops and all that fun stuff. I eventually went on to beat out the other 30 producers and take first place. It was awesome.
I’ll post all my news stuff here.
